SEND professional portal

SEND professional portal is an online portal which is designed for educational settings and health professionals to contribute to the education, health and care plan (EHCP) process in a safe and secure way. The SEND professional portal offers everyone an opportunity to be fully involved and better informed during the ERSA and EHCP process.

Educational settings and Health professionals can log onto the system and have instant access to the Ealing request for statutory assessment (ERSA), professional reports, all appendix reports, draft and final EHC plans.

Educational settings access to SEND professional portal

Educational settings who are registered to use the SEND professional portal will have access to information on every child attending their setting. An Ealing request for statutory assessment (ERSA) must be submitted by the educational setting before an assessment will be considered.
