Ealing primary centre outreach service referrals
The Ealing primary centre outreach service works with schools to improve outcomes for children identified as having behavioural, emotional and/or social difficulties (BESD).
Referrals to the primary centre outreach service are made by schools, with parental agreement.
A referral panel made up of headteachers and LA partners will meet six weekly to consider appropriate assessment and intervention.
Referral process, criteria and referral form are available on Ealing primary centre referrals
